이승규는 서울예술대학교와 일본 큐슈대학에서 전자음악, 예술공학, 미디어아트를 공부했으며 영국 London Garnish Music Production School - Sound Design,Synthesis Course를 수료했습니다.
한국의 서울예술대학교, 동아방송예술대학교에서 전자음악, 음향디자인, 프로그래밍을 가르쳤으며 2016년에는 삼성 갤럭시의 애플리케이션 “Sound Camp” 개발에 참여하여 작곡,사운드 디자인 및 샘플팩을 개발하였습니다.
2020년 일본의 전자음악가 doravideo가 주최하는 GIGAMODULAR의 출연을 계기로 GIGANOISE, Kansai Festival of Modular 등 다수의 실험음악 및 노이즈 페스티벌에 출연하였습니다.
2022년에는 doravideo & Kentaro Nakao(From Number Girl) & YI SEUNGGYU 3인의 GIGAMODUAR/GIGANOISE Japan Tour를 이어나가며 많은 활동을 하고있습니다.
