Moving to London from Italy..yes or not??

Post by deckme(N)tal » Thu Jun 07, 2007 9:27 am

My sister is moving to London in a couple of months from Italy...she found a great job, so she took this opportunity.
Being that i am stuck here in Milan with a boooooring job and not really a great income...i had this revelation to me: maybe i should move to another place too!!! and find new exciting horizonts.
I am 30 years old and naturally i will try first to send some curriculum online and try to get a job before moving there (being broke as fck too...). I would like to have a job that brings me to deal with music ...(almost impossible in Italy)...
Have you got any suggestion to give fellas?? where to search..what to do..etc.
Thanks a lot!

Its hard to get a job anywhere but it'll be much MUCH easier outside of London. Speaking more than one language you should be able to get a job alright. Might not be a very good one to begin with but thats life...

i was just in paris for 2 months - now i'm in milan for 2. i haven't had a chance to to explore milan very deeply yet, but - at first glance - i found paris to be much more interesting in terms of international/cosmopolitan vibe, contemporary art/music scene, etc. i still have a month and a half to go in milan, so there is probably a lot i'm missing.
..... . . . . . . . . .
