Korg DS-10 for Nintendo DS...

Post by 8O » Fri Aug 01, 2008 10:40 pm

...is out now and it's really fun. No real bass to speak of, but really nice interface for making clicks and beeps. Definitely worth a look...

every time I hear a demo it sounds exactly the same as the last one. maybe thats just cause they are new and people need time to get more familiar but I have some doubts.
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.

Cool - educate me! I've got it running through an Ultralite -> Live7 -> Genelec monitors, but the oscillators start getting clicky an octave higher than Operator or my waldorf synth. What's the secret?

Yep I just got it too and it has bass... It packs a punch for a small package... You can get deep with the programming options on the various modules specifically the Kaos module... I have only had it for a day and am quite pleased with it...

Side note: Having purchased the Nintendo DS and a MS3 Real card for it makes it a multi purpose machine when it comes to homebrew apz... Currently I'm using it as an MP3 player using an iPod clone application... It's an organizer, movie viewer, wireless midi controller, and can be a VOIP phone... I am so pleased with buying this and how functional it is...
