To clarify, I don't particularly care for Kanye, or his Daft Punk sampling, but being a Daft Punk AND Lemur fanboy, I'd like to have look!

i dont get the love for kanye. ive loved hip hop since the early 80s, and cant stand his flow at all.

i still hate him for that 'touch the sky' fiasco. in taking a whole hook from Curtis as the backing for his song, he showed he was much more Diddy than Dre.

yeah, my wife likes her too. suckin a glass dick is suckin a glass dick, anyway you look at it. besides, who does it hurt if we make fun of the monster the media created? shit, i don't really know if that bitch smokes crack, or not, nor do i care, and think the whole media situation is retarded. i think she's a fake, personally, but...

she's the one with three grammy's.

whatever. when you act like she do, you open yourself up to it. don't like the spotlight? don't like the critisism? don't fuckin touch the mic... you liable to get burnt.

visa denial is not mere criticism though -- it's policy.
but yeah, I didn't mean to get involved in this discussion -- I haven't really followed this, nor do I know much of her music (although what I heard sounded pretty good.) the emphasis in the media is way skewed though -- for a casual observer there's certainly much more about her drug use than about the music.
