Saw this in the latest Today's Parent as a gift idea for your kid... Yes had to trade in Sound on Sound for Today's Parent...

First off it is pricey and since when can you record directly to an ipod? I have a 1st gen ipod and you can not record to it am I missing nothing... I do like the look of it...

Todays Parents spoil their kids too much

An ipod and a mixer?

Geez, I nagged years on end to get me a discman for xmas.
And all I got was a hand-me-down ghetto blaster from the 80's.
Had to kill a kid for my first nintendo...
You don't wonna know what I did to get an Amiga.
