Need YOUR house type tracks for DJ mix
I'm having a friend do a DJ mix of just songs by members of this forum. These tracks would be House-ish in style. Here's the members I can think of off the top of my head that have tracks that would qualify.
Pitch Black
Timothy Alan
Sweet Jesus
Nebulae
Tom Cosm
Aqua_tek
If you know of any regular posters on this board that have tracks that would qualify or have tracks yourself that would qualify let me know. I'm not looking for tracks by some huge artist that you know uses Live but only has 0 to minimal posts on here. These should be quality tracks so check out anything by any of the above listed artists for a comparison.
And as much as we all love Live these will be mixed old school style, or I guess maybe middle school style, using CDs.
Thanks!

I'll check out anything posted on here after work.
If you have links directly to a song like the_planet above that would be great or a link to where I can get the tracks, the less hunting around and contacting I have to do the better.
As far as deadlines I would say the next week or 2. No need to put it off, maybe this could be the first in a series.

I'd say bpm could be pretty standard in the 125 to 135 area. I think anything dnb style would be too fast.
As far as standard sound I'd say listen to any of the above artists I mentioned and you'll find tracks ranging from house to trance...but we'll just call the trance type songs progressive house. They are probably geared more towards the electronic sound more than the soulful deep side.
