L.A.-based producer Nosaj Thing (Jason Chung) is a sound innovator—he has received Artist-to-Watch accolades from XLR8R, remixed Daedulus and Elliot Lipp, won Plastic Little/Turntable Lab’s remix contest featuring MF Doom, and won L.A.’s prestigious Project Blowed beat battle. He has shared the stage with the likes of Sixtoo, Architecture in Helsinki, DJ Krush, Z-Trip, Free the Robots, Eliott Lipp, D-Styles, Edit, and Daedelus.

His studio tracks, released through Hor-Zu, Sender, Subvariant and most recently, critic's darling Detroit Underground Records, reflect Michael’s deep knowledge and vast historical understanding of Western musical practice.

Keeping up with him can be a time consuming, yet rewarding venture into sound. Ken lives in Los Angeles, California and co-runs the label Adjunct, a forward thinking abstract techno label releasing such artists as Mikael Stavostrand, Sutekh, Franco Cinelli, and Peter F. Spiess. He has releases for labels such as Mo's Ferry Productions, Adjunct, Resopal, Floppy Funk, Underl_ne, Orac, Mille Plateaux, Planet-Mu, Proptronix, Disco Inc., and Sunset Diskos....just to name a few.

From New York originally and raised in Puerto Rico Kathie utitilzes her Newyorican roots within her music, beats and sonics. Kathie started working in film, television and commercials as a vocalist for several years before getting involved with composing and remixing. Some of Kathie's credits include music and/or vocals for CSI, CSI:MIAMI, MAN ON FIRE, HALLOWEEN:RESURRECTION, VENICE UNDERCOVER, AMAZON, KEVIN HILL, THE SENTINEL, VIPER, SCI FI CHANNEL PROMOS, TNT PROMOS, WITCHBLADE, RIPLEY'S BELIEVE IT OR NOT, BURGER KING, HEWLETT PACKARD, NISSAN, BUICK, CHRYSLER, HYUNDAI, and many, many more.

Through his expressive playing and the versatility and power of Ableton Live, he is creating a refreshing new awareness for the theremin, the world's most dynamic electronic musical instrument, played without any physical contact whatsoever

John von Seggern is a futurist, producer, sound designer and DJ, relocated to Southern California in 2001 after a decade spent in Asia (Tokyo and Hong Kong) performing and recording with some of the region's most influential artists. von Seggern now lives in Los Angeles, where he performs live experimental techno and runs net.label Vibration Institute. He also works for German music software company Native Instruments and has been a collaborator and music technology consultant for numerous composers and producers in the LA area including Herbie Hancock, Dweezil Zappa, Steve Tavaglione, Judd Miller, Paul Haslinger, John Beasley, and David Lawrence.

LA-based electronic musician, multimedia artist and mad scientist collector Steve Nalepa combines deep dub bass, glitchy breaks, bioacoustic atmospheres and beautiful sinewave melodies to create his patented brand of ambient glitch dub. Nalepa has rocked it at Flavorpill's Friday's Off the 405 Series up at the Getty Museum, produced tracks with legends such as Bill Laswell and Pharoah Sanders, worked with the LA Philharmonic, played with superstar VJ Benton-C Bainbridge on the debut episode of Unity Gain TV, shared a bill with Amon Tobin, Cut Chemist and DJ Spooky at Walt Disney Concert Hall, and performed at The Do Lab Stage at Coachella 2007.

Longtime LA-based duo Henry Strange and Laura Escudé blend crunchy beats with crazy Theremin antics and classical violin style.

Henry Strange started Pure Tone Productions, Inc. a production company devoted to the research of sound and the production of modern music. At Pure Tone he adapted his experimental sound to commercial projects; scoring independent films, writing for television, producing artists, remixing, and sound design. He’s worked on a remix of ‘One More Chance’ for Michael Jackson, wrote themes for a science television show ‘Beyond Science’, worked features like Wes Craven’s “Cursed” and produced countless artists.

Laura Escudé is Ableton's West Coast Product Specialist and has performed with orchestras such as the Santa Monica Symphony and done sound design for several films, including "Red is the Color of" and "Lovewrecked. A classically trained violinist who has been performing for over 20 years, Laura Escudé also works as a composer, producer and sound designer. Combining experimentalism on the violin with an affinity for dark and cinematic electronic sounds, she works with a variety of software, including Ableton Live, Native Instruments Reaktor/Battery/Absynth, Reason and Max/MSP—controlled by MIDI devices such as the UC-33e and a MIDI glove.

Yes, there are certain panels and things that require the all-access $30 pass but for the most part it is free. Well worth it!
