All my presets are gone!

I went to open my live 6.0.1 and all the factory presets and my own are gone!
So i went to uninstall live, and when i reinstalled it, i noticed the presets were still all gone, all i get in each Audio Effects/catgory is [Current Project (my_project_name) Instead, there should be tons of presets, so how do i get back all those ableton live presets for all the instruments and effects?

yep, there should be a sticky on this, can someone post a link to the previous post? or if not, please tell me how to get back my presets? what folder i should delete? im on win xp
