Hard disks

happy new year to ya's

quick question - i recovered my Hard disks from the flood at my house...

Is there a device i can plug them into then into my new computer so i can browse the HD as if it were an external drive?

oh its 2 HDs - both for macs - one from a G4 PB the other from a blue G3

a hard drive enclosure should do the tric ,

yeah enclosures are relatively inexpensive, MAKE SURE IT IS THE SAME SIZE AS YOUR DRIVE AND COMPATIBLE!!!

COMPUSA or Tigerdirect.com have plenty

also check out these enclosures, I have three of them now and they use the Oxford Firewire chipset which is absolutely the best (at least on a mac)
