Recovering ableton set with no crash file and only a crash report?

Freaking out a bit - just lost a full day of work for a project due monday. Would really appreciate any help!

Noticed ableton bugging out and I quickly saved - ableton created a file with no information in it, then crashed. No recover dialog appeared next time I opened ableton
went to C:\Users\88fin\AppData\Roaming\Ableton\Live 12.0.2\Preferences\Crash .... and there was nothing there from today. Checked earlier versions and recycle bin but no files there either.

The crash report is intact as a zip file however - sent it to ableton for help but I won't hear back from them until after this is due. Any way to recover from that .zip file??

Looked at the crash log and saw this, I think this is from when I tried to open again?
