No, they are not - as stated on the site, PC version coming soon. At the moment, they`re Mac only

I got them in a bundle with ProTools and a Digi001. Good deal, and they work great!
I really hope the Abletons decide to include these plugins with new copies of Live 5. They REALLY compliment the program.
