[4558] 8b3: odd thing in vst parameter list

- drag a vst plugin to a track
- configure a parameter to show and close configure
- click on the value of the parameter
- a box appears as if you can edit the value directly

Nothing happens when you type a new value, so i guess this must be a bug.

On b4 it's even weirder. It let's me type the value and either doesn't change or changes the readout to 0.12, no matter what value was typed in. Regardless, the actual plugin parameter is not changed.

This function should work as long as the plugin supports it.
