[amo] b23: previewing samples in browser being weird

(b23) tonight, previewing loops in the browser acted a bit strange

using the arrow keys and scrolling down the sample list would not play or only a glitch sound would come - like just the very first part of the sample was being played

scrolling up the browser list however, played the samples fine
