Export Audio/Video is what you are looking for (in the file menu).

Use the Export function in Live's file menu to export to wav or aiff. Use iTunes or an MP3 converter of your choice to convert the wav/aiff to MP3, AAC, whatever...

It should be mentioned that in arrangement view you first want to select/highlight all your tracks you want in the mix from beginning to end and then export it.

If you have any effects like echo or reverb that actually finish after the end of the track it is best to highlight the whole track till the end of the effect.

If no effects then just render as master and it will select the whole track

anyways, it's always a good idea to leave a second before and after the track before rendering 'blank' and then truncate in an audio editor. with long effect tails... like reverb as you said even a few seconds at the end.
