The EQ8
It's great there are better. I remember one where you click on a frequency and use a mousewheel to change the Q/width. Pretty slick.

it's not like it cuts frequencies off at those areas, it goes to what? 18khz or something doesn't it? if you're gonna boost 18 then most people aren't gonna know the difference if you boost 18 but cut 20. in fact most people aren't gonna know you did anything at 19.8khz or 25hz no matter what you do with it unless you bump it 100db or something then obviously you'd notice a difference. if you ask me eq's could max at 19khz and 30hz and just let the frequencies beyond that just be a straight curve from the last band before the cut off. am I off here?kaffein wrote:Also wish it went from 20Hz-20kHz...
honostly, for myself I can't hear much above 17khz actually, I can sense the frequencies up there a bit but I could tweak above those for days and I can't hear enough difference to be able to say that 19khz sounds better boosted or cut 2db. and I really only hear down to like 40hz, I can feel the rumble below that sometimes but it's not like I need to tweak it much other than sometimes cut it off
It was as if someone shook up a 6 foot can of blood soda and suddenly popped the top.
