Ableton Live, Linux and PulseAudio

Post by whichpaul » Fri Jun 06, 2008 7:39 am

Ubuntu Linux now comes with a pretty slick sound server called PulseAudio (it does a similar job to CoreAudio under Mac). It would be great if Ableton was able to see this as an opportunity really expand what could be done with their products on such a powerful platform. Ubuntu Linux with PulseAudio would give artists and studio engineers access to a stable, powerful, ultra-flexible and free platform on which to create and process audio.
