BCR2000 / mackie emulation/ recording v pot

Post by rastko » Thu May 08, 2008 3:32 pm

hey,

is it possible to record v pot movements (midi automation) either in session or in arrangement view when bcr is in the mackie emulation mode?

I could not do this because the v pots basically send the same cc on every "page".

Vpot 1 on page one is lets say cc12 and Vpot1 on page 2 is cc12 although they do control different parameters on the instrument.

For instance I record some sample start movement for simpler and then I would like to record (overdub midi) some transpose (next page on emulation) but my sample start is then erased.

uff I hope this is not tooo confusing

I have a apple comp, bcr 2000 and Live 7

thank you for your help
