Do you have the mix DJ Shiva put up a while back? http://www.rinse.fm/ is playing Dubstep right now(never mind, caught the tail end of it). You can go into their archives and download previous broadcasts. N-Type, Plastician, Youngsta, etc...

awesome thread, this.

am listening to dubstep.fm on itunes right now... some killer stuff, loads of live drumming going on now, and it seems dubstep is getting back to the iller sounds of jungle in many ways... I like where this is going.

Can't recommend this guy enough either - Glaswegian by the name of Rustie. Sort of cross-over grime/dubstep/glicch-hop

whoop. gots mixes, yes i do. forgive me for blatant self promotion.

one up right now in the music section here:
http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic.php?t=89774 (more of a dubstep/techno hybrid ting).

another lil dubsteppy techno thang here:
http://dubstepforum.com/viewtopic.php?t=36370

and if you are a dubstep.fm listener you can subscribe to my show podcast:
http://www.dubstep.fm/djshiva/podcast.php

:)

as far as legality of sharing mixes, the dubstep scene pretty much revolves around internet radio shows (which is how barefiles got its start) and dubplate culture. lot of producers trading tunes with the express purpose of getting them played on mixes and in live recordings, so in this case the recordings are welcome to be shared for the most part (the occasional live set gets held back because there are super fresh tunes they don't want in recordings, but that's pretty rare).

rustie is next level, truly. :)

oh and a clarification:

i wish i could say my tune is IN surgeon's mix, but it was actually played by rob booth, the host of the electronic explorations show. :)

Thankyou!! and yeah, Skream's album is a must have. I especially like the tracks he did with Warrior Queen and JME.
