Ending a song with a panned synced delay is a no-no.
Why? I don't know know.
To liven things up I would introduce more sounds that add a sense of physical space. Put a microphone on something, route a sound out of the box and record it back in with some room sound.
And if you're going to make a growlingly angry synth, you need a little more conviction.
