How do I get to a new location in arrangement view?

I just bought Live 4 (Love it, only 1 crash but still love it). In arrangement view I'm trying to place the playback position in a new place. Isn't there an option on where you can just double-click on the location and the playback will automatically jump to to it?

hold down your modifier key (on mac it is command) and click above the measure you wish it to jump to. You can also drag the little triangle from the start of the arrangement

Another option:

If you know the measure number, enter in the measure number where it's displayed on top, hit enter. Then instead of using SPACE to start (which will start from the beginning), use Shift-SPACE and it'll start from the measure displayed.
