Why is there no option for Live Suite, just live and live+max, when i start this beta version up? I can't open start either version.

Because when you run it, you get whatever instruments you have, including M4L. At least that's what happens over here.

I have Live Suite. When I install the beta and launch it, it warns me that it's a beta and asks me if I want to check for updates. After I've responded to that request, it comes up the rest of the way and all my instruments are there.

Is that not what happens for you?

Can you please fix the Fabfilter bugs? The Q's from all of their filters, timeless, pro-q jumps to default every time you want to change it. It's a known bug, it's been there since live 8, in 7 it works fine. And Fabfilter probably told you about it themselves.

I want to make Pro-Q my goto EQ, also in live situations. Now it's useless.

I do not have this issue on Mac OS X 10.5.8, FabFilter Q 1.01.

Just opened a recent set where I use Pro Q and Q values stay 3.450 and 4.458 for two curves that I set up last week. Have you updated Pro Q to version 1.01?

I have a similar problem with Voxengo's GlissEQ 3. The gain parameter occasionaly jumps around, after moving it in the GUI. Mapping the affected parameter to the automatable parameter list via the configure button "solves" this for me. Do you mind checking out if doing so prevents the Fabfilter EQ values from jumping on your systems? Running WinXP here btw.

Indeed. After mapping the affected parameter to the automatable parameter list the parameter jumping is 'fixed'.

Thanks for the confirmation. I only ever experienced this with the Voxengo's Gliss EQ 3 but their support could not reproduce it with Live 8.

As its not specific to one plugin vendor, I presume the configure option of Live 8 & GUI operations in plugins seem to part of the problem. I already sent a bug report to the Ableton support, so lets hope they fix this annoyance soon.

Yes, I downloaded it and it still has the same bug. Fabfilter says it's a Live 8 problem.
