Think yourselves lucky, Live crashes when I try to load FL Studio 5 as a VSTi !

When I try to use crystal in Live 4.04 the vast majority of its presets max out Live's CPU meter. This doesn't happen in Fl studio 5 where I can use crystal without any problems. Anyone else experience this?

FLStudio has a great arp' and a great piano roll and midi implimentation in general.

I downloaded Live4 a few days ago and have just discovered that there are still only 2 presets for simpler and impulse. I'm waiting on the boxed version arriving and want to know if I can simply install Live4 again from the CD using the unlock key I downloadedfor my original version.

I think you can do this using the send tracks, ie put the effect onto a send and then you can choose when and how much of your track to send to it.
