Champion Sound is a music production and DJ school, offering affordable Ableton Live and DJ courses in Portland, Oregon. These classes will provide both beginner and advanced students with the required software and equipment to further their music production and DJ skills. Classes are kept small to create an intimate learning environment and are led by an Ableton Certified Trainer. The main objective at Champion Sound is to create an affordable, hands-on, intimate learning experience for music enthusiasts.
Over the years, instructors Tony Welter and Isaac Cotec, have traveled around America and Europe teaching music production and DJing at various schools, workshops and lectures. These years of combined experience have allowed them to create a very effective and easy-to-follow curriculum.
Champion Sound hosts free Beat Sessions every month, along with an Ableton User group meet-up. This is where musicians and producers from around the North West come together to collaborate using Ableton and Push.
