Caro Durán is a Colombian composer, producer, educator, and live performer based in New York City. She has worked with Ableton Live for more than 15 years and has built her career around empowering artists to develop their creative voice through music technology.

As an Ableton Certified Trainer, Caro specializes in music production, composition, arrangement, live performance, and creative workflows for electronic musicians and producers. Her teaching combines technical knowledge with practical, real-world experience, helping students transform ideas into finished songs, performances, and artistic projects.

Caro is the founder of On The Wave, an educational platform and creative community dedicated to supporting musicians, producers, and emerging artists. Through courses, workshops, mentorships, and live events, she helps students develop sustainable creative practices and gain the confidence to navigate their artistic journey.

Alongside her educational work, Caro maintains an active career as an artist and producer.
