The ski beatz ableton video question

Heres my question: At 3:00 mins into the video he slices to midi which we all know how to do but his list of options for slicing is much much much larger than mine is there something I am missing as I only have about 7 presets? Just wondering if there was somewhere I overlooked to grab some more usefull options for these at?
