in ableton live preferences, check the audio tab and set the buffer compensation so global latency shows 0.00ms tick the smp button to get more precise if necessary. Hi Hermanus, sorry to say but the purpose of the "driver error compensation" is not to bring the overall latency to 0.00 ms...

Yes, this is possible but only if you switch the grid to "flexible grid" and zoom in or out to get the the desired grid value.

Hey guys, I've been having trouble with this for awhile. I mix a radio show on ableton live 8, and when I export the audio, it has been automatically limited (so no peaks are above 0dB), even though no plugins are on the master channel strip. Does anyone know why this is happening, and how to disab...

No problem here to open Live 8.3 ( OS-X 10.6.8 ) with CliveX as a Control Surface.

Mhh, but maybe this track is record enabled while the clip is playing the rack?
Could you try to change the latency-monitoring option in the option menu and repeat the test?

Hi 3dot, If you did your test while you are playing the sound live via keyboard (means your track is set to "monitor in" or is record enabled) then try to uncheck "reduced latency when monitoring" in the option menu (> since live 8.2.7 - before this version this was only possible...

I've just been exporting audio in Live 8.2.8 and i've noticed something odd about my end loop point marker which is set to 238.3 and what the actual loop controller is displaying, 237.2 Has anyone else noticed this happening? Nothing odd here because the number on the right side (in your case 237.2...

In the filter section > Key (0 to 100%)

Btw. the default value is 100%, means the filter frequency follows the pitch proportional.
