Verify your organization’s Live license

If you don’t know the password to your organization’s user account, you can verify Live’s compatibility by entering the email address your organization’s uses on their Ableton.com user account and a software serial number for one instance of Live registered to that account. You can find the serial number by going to Live » About Live (Mac) or Help » About Live (PC).
