Is there a better movie than...

Post by weeddigger » Sun Sep 21, 2008 3:51 am

...Big Trouble In Little China...?

Seriously, I'm sure this movie sucks as much as it's great, but fuck, I love this flick.

Action, Adventure, Comedy, Fantasy, Romance... Kurt Russell being Kurt Russell and of course... Kim Cattrall in her prime...

I have it on DVD, still haven't opened it. Need to watch it, haven't seen it in ages.

not my "all time" favorite flick, i'd maybe rent it on a whim, definitely would watch it on tv, if it came around.

The girls r u cute, the martial arts are rad, and the premise is pretty unique.

They couldn't afford real Asians to act in this film, which, by default, makes it excellently horrid.

Golden Child... More 80's goodness...

Damn, why did the 80's have to end?

(don't answer that...)

They leave room for a sequel (or a thirty minute cartoon) in Big Trouble, but I'm sure glad there was no sequel.

I ran into the flick on cable, but i think I'd be like Kaffein, and I'd never open it. Maybe I would after a hurricane when there is nothing else to watch....

...

Ok, I gotta go back to my dream now and save my cousin from the huge boa that attacked him by the beach!!!!

If this is going to turn to an, "80s movie thread," then I have to mention that, I love the movie Weird Science.

EDIT:
