Especially for export. The reason I don't use Live for more production work is that it doesn't have a good enough (offline) timestretching algorithm. And since some of my tracks vary gradually in tempo, I can't simply take the audio into an external editor and timestretch it there. So I HAVE to use Cubase (or similar).

absolutely deserving of a big massive and NECESSARY BUMP ---
we're still living with a decent time-stretching algorithm several years past it's prime
please treat us customers with a little respect -- this is supposed to be one of Live's main selling points (and i just listened to an album 20 yrs old that has better sounding sample-stretching - no doubt an old Akai)
