Howto wanted? Control Live via Tempo knob/tap on Remote SL

Post by Timur » Sun Oct 21, 2007 2:27 am

Some of you don't seem to know how to setup the Remote SL to control Live's tempo via the dedicated tempo/tap tempo knob/button. So if enough people are interested I can write a Howto to describe how to set this up with any template including template 40 (Ableton Automap) and what's the point behind it. If there ain't enough people interested I spare me the work. 8)

C'mon, you cannot be serious!? Wasn't there a bunch of people who asked how to make the Tempo controls on the Remote SL work with Live's tempo? If not then I can save me the work, but I really thought this would be sought-after.

Me thinks it's more a Novation issue. They shoul definitely update the SL firmware to solve this quirk, it's unbelievable you can control everything and not tap tempo in.
