Zebra2 transpose automation problem

Does anyone else have problems with Zebra2 changing the transpose value of clips when you move them around in arrangement view?

It seems like every time I move a clip it keeps changing the transpose value to zero in automation. Its terribly frustrating since its not always obvious at first =/

wasn't this fixed in the newest version of Live .0.10?
