Anything and everything SL related, not Live or Reason.

Okay done.
All things RemoteSL are now trashed.
And...
Everything seems to work well again.

Of course, now I'm sitting here with a $700 controller that I can't use.
Ebay?

Sorry and thank you for posting, I had similar problems a year ago and Ebayed the byatch. I seriously intended to buy the Zero next week, already marked it but thanks to you will promptly delete it and never think about it again.
The main problem was that the unpredicted behavior would happend every now and then without any logical pattern, absolutely unpredictable. Since I am not paid by Novation there was no point to continue.

The problem is I have lusted after anything Novation for way too long, and also that it is a perfect controller for what I do.

I just hope there's a solution for this.

Question for the Tone Deft...

If you're on a mac, please try something, because this is ahppening on my system:

in the Audio/MIDI utility on your mac, click on the 'test setup' button...

Does it emit something resembling morse code whilst the 'port 2' icon of the ReMoteSL flashes in the window ?

Reinstalled the ReMOTE SL and the problem is back.
Stuck notes over ReWire.

In a perfect world the SOFTWARE MANUFACTURER would give as much attention to this EXPENSIVE PROBLEM as what I'm getting from you though.

Maybe if you changed the thread title to "SL + Mac + Rewire = broken HELP" or started a new thread more Mac/SL users would chime in.

If it's only rewire that's broken I don't think it would be the hardware in the SL, hardware breaks consistently, software would be more specific to rewire.

Sounds like a weird issue you're having. I have an SL Zero that I use on both my PC and Mac and I haven't had any problems with it (except some minor tempo sync issues) on either platform. Of course, I don't use Reason, just Live 6. Perhaps it's a configuration problem within Reason that's causing the problem?

Just an update, solved my SL issues in Logic, so it's not a 3.01 issue.
