OT: any recomendations for good logic tutorial DVD

Post by dango » Sun Jun 03, 2007 7:36 am

in need of some logic help.

i am usually pretty good at learning new software but logic has managed to make me feel dumb.

if anyone can reccomend a good tutorial dvd that they have used (name, who makes it) i would appreciate it.

Don't they have a forum? Or do you have to pay extra for that too?

I second macprovideo.com, you can buy dvds or download the tutorials, their Logic 101 and 105 are a must for beginners IMO. Just watched them myself to learn Logic, and I was up and running in no time afterwards.

I bought the $200 video set after borrowing my friend's Logic 101. Truthfully, the only useful one to me was Logic 101. You also might want to check out the Apple Pro Certified Logic and Logic Advanced books. The video's easier to follow, though.

is that a training DVD? never heard of it? oh wait, you were just being a smart ass troll. beat it.

to everyone else that actually had something to contribute, thank you. i checked macprovideo and will swoop the logic 101 then. just need to know the basics to get going.

I bought Live Tutorial dvd from ASK Video but after a few chapters I hear them saying subjects about the new things in live 5 (!)
So beware that you buy a recent dvd that offers sessions about 6!
