Organizing AU's

Post by Vlex » Tue Jan 16, 2007 9:12 pm

Hi there!

I used to work on a windows pc, with a lot of VST's, i had them organized by placing them in folders.

Now i've got my new macbook and for some plugins there are only Audio Units available. First of all these Audio Units makes there own folders (for example Supertrigga)
And when ik place the .component file in a folder (ie. FX) it isn't reconized by Live anymore.

Is there something to make this work? Thanks!

1 - Learn who makes what plug in
2 - Don't download and keep plug ins you never use

I know, it sucks, but we have to live with it, at least for now.
