What is a good program/way to make audio files (samples) from video files? for example - I have a mpeg/wmv file and I want to make an audio file of the movie or part of the movie so that I can use it as a sample in Ableton Live. Also, what is a good way to do the same thing, but instead of taking it from a video file, taking it from an audio file?

Yes, well...smaller audio files, but I believe you can actually do that within Ableton Live.
