Sound Skips/Stutta Impulse (Linked2RecEnable?)

Hello
I have got a groove that I am working on using impulse.
I noticed that the sound glitches when record button is enabled/disabled for the impulse track. This is under no heavy conditions (No fx, just simple Impulse loop playback).
Reproduce by loading impulse into a track.
Make a drum loop and playback the loop
Press the rec enable/disable button while impulse plays.
I will check if this happens with other things beside impulse and report back here.
