the second post was pretty interesting too.
Their customer support is the absolute best! Matthew Presley spent 45 minutes helping to set up my Miko over an internet protocol. He could control my Miko to see if everything was routed properly and running okay. Amazing!

Hi Glu! Did you get a scooter?

Back on topic: So the reason I joined this forum was to ask what Live users thought about the Miko when it was first announced. I have not completely decided against it but I believe that what I will end up doing is getting a kick ass notebook, or maybe even a desktop to start with, and then getting controllers as I see fit. I like the all in one box idea but I’m not convinced that the Miko is just what I am looking for and don’t want to be wishing for something different and being stuck with it. Also, I got kind of turned off by Open Labs and the way they missed their delivery date of the Miko and wouldn’t come out and clarify what was going on with the delay and instead stayed silent about it. That and some guy ordered his late and got his first because he whined about how he needed it for some show. You can read all about this stuff on their forum. It turned me off but I was already deciding against it anyway.
A little about myself in this thread after Sales Dude McBoob asked for more information after reading my signature at the time after I started a stupid thread: http://www.ableton.com/forum/viewtopic. ... ht=#295839

Wow, that is the ugliest thing I've ever seen. So ridiculous!
