oh dear, those are the exact same vectors.

That is completely UNACCEPTABLE. Live has always stood out as different - it's one of the reasons I use and love it so much.

We should kick up a right stink here at the forum, and let the Abes know:

It probably only took about 20 minutes, from downloading the clip art, to auto tracing it and putting the montage together in Inkscape (Inkscape is brilliant) then I just knicked the other bits from the original splash, piece of piss.

Maybe it's a good thing that Ableton's emphasis is coding audio software rather than pretty graphics. To be honest I really couldn't give a shit what the splash looks like, I just wanted to see what it'd be like with fish on it. I might do one with politicians on it if somebody could point me at some suitable reference material, Live 6 (off topic version)

I've always been a fan of the pseudo-generative visuals. That Ableton t-shirt with all the abe logos flying around is teh killah.
