External headphone routing question

I want to be able to play out live with a vocalist and guitar, and electronically manipulate what they are doing (buffer overrides, beat repeats, reversinators, etc.). However, I want to route an external mix in live so that performers hear a dry signal of what they are playing (they will possibly be following a click track/and or drum beats), so it does not screw up their meter.

Is there a way for me to route a mix in live on the master bus (or anything for that matter) so that the performers hear the dry signal on headphones and the audience hears the wet mix through the PA.
