moving there in august from virginia, and definitely wanna meet with like-minded ableton users in SF--is there any sort of ableton user group there, or interest in starting one?
Dell Studio XPS 8100 Windows 7 64-bit, 10 GB RAM. RME Multiface, Avalon U5 & M5, Distressor, Filter Factory, UC33e, BCR-2000, FCB1010, K-Station, Hr 824 & H120 sub, EZ Bus, V-Drums, DrumKat EZ, basses, guitars, pedals... http://www.ryan-hughes.net
RobotSpeak held a Live users group meeting about a year ago, where a rep from ableton gave a (really good) presentation and then did q&a. I learned a lot that night. Just a one-time thing though, as far as I know.
I'd definitely be interested in a regular (monthly?) users group meeting, and it's hard to imagine there aren't tons of other Live users in the area who would show up.
Anyone else interested? If so post here and let's try to get something going.

count me in for any get-togethers as well, although i'm very much a beginner, and would just be there mainly to listen, discuss and ask questions and drink some beers (i.e. not perform).
