The monkeys who assembled some of the first batch simple got the jumper plug the wrong way round. pop the lid and reverse it...problem solved.
(same with the drum pad issue)

Luckily UK Novation support has a member of staff that has evolved to homo sapien. When I reported the battery problem, he told me straight away about the assembly issue and also told me how to fix it myself without invalidating the warranty.DeadlyKungFu wrote:Holy shit good catch!!!
