Regarding my "noise issue" with Live and OS X...

Why won't Ableton respond to my support requests?
I've sent them e-mails, posted here in their forums...nothing.
As someone who has supported Ableton and bought the first version of Live AND the 2.0 upgrade, I'm a little disappointed that they don't seem to have the time or the inclination to respond to my problem with their software.
Anyone else getting the silent treatment from Ableton, support-wise?

Hello Martin,
we are sorry that our support is delayed. Unfortunately our supporter is not in the office until Wednesday. Meanwhile I take care the problems I can handle. Please be a little patient.
