Any recommendations? I have cyanide 2 but it doesn't seem to work well with my guitar. Anything else worth trying?

Defnitely fuzzplus2, and version 1! i've been using 2 of version 2 and 1 of version 1 in serial trying to get the nuttiest fuzziest sustainiest guitar sound possible, and it can pretty much do it, but it still doesn't sustain & bite quite like the roland beebaa i checked out at the weekend, but for $495AUS less, i think i'll make do...

also check out boogex by voxengo. uses convolutions to model amp/cab setups and makes a pretty good racket.

buz and octobuz aren't bad either, but i reckon fuzzplus with a little octaver works slightly better (to my ears anyway).

the saturator in live 5 works damn well too.

try out the helian stuff too, haven't used it myself, but might be worth a look, as does x-amp (i think thats what it's called). also little green machine is meant to be good, but again, i haven't used it...

voxengo also has a free tube amp plug thats probably worth a look based on how good boogex sounds.

the guitar suite from these guys is pretty good too
