The begging for SysEx topic...

Post by EddyTheEagle » Sat Sep 24, 2005 8:18 am

Hi,
Pleeeaaasse, I am begging on my knees to you for implementing Sysex in Live.

For all my songs I use different controller settings like min-max on a rotary controller for a filter. Sysex would make my life so much easier, so I can send these commands to my controller at the beginning of a song.

I am begging you.....

I was suprised ableton didnt add sysex support to live5.
But hopefully they will see people want more midi features in general and add support to live.
I would love to be able to do all my stuff in live instead of using other programs as well such as cubase.

WTF!! 8O is ther no sysex in live 5????????
Thats a bad thingy, i'm playing around with mij hardware synths again,
(didn't use them for a while, like a year or two)it's very handy to dump your sound or some..... data.

 It woud be nice two have some kind of midi plugin that saves your sounds someware on your harddisk. So you can have a library like the soft syths from live 5.

There is a dump button now. I haven't tried it or looked it up yet but I think that is what it is for.
