Mac and Jack
Mac and Jack
It's my understanding that Ableton is not compatible with Jack Audio on the newer Macos' anymore. Does anyone have an update on this? If not, is it in the cards for the future? appreciated, Syneme

Do you have any info on why Jack Audio wouldn't work with Ableton anymore?

I can't find anything. so I've started asking around. I noticed logic and ableton aren't finding jack audio as a device anymore. you have an M1. can you give it try and report? thanks, syneme

Re: Mac and Jack
Yes, jack audio installs fine and runs with qjackctl. ableton doesn't see it. Have you tried it. syneme.
Re: Mac and Jack
Sorry, I can't test it as I'm not familiar with the software and the installer package isn't signed... if it is not working in Logic and Ableton it is best to contact the developer community as it is unlikely an Ableton problem
