TouchOSC LiveControl iPad - not working

Hi.
I have TouchOSC on my iPad, and have followed setup instructions (to the extent I can find them). The various templates that come with TouchOSC work (meaning send and receive messages to the iPad) - EXCEPT LiveControl and LiveControl iPad.

Has anyone gotten this combo to work (TouchOSC + iPAD + OS X) with Ableton Live 9?

I think they upgraded to livecontrol two on Lemur. And in the process they abandoned the touchosc version.
