[OT] Name your favorite old school house labels...

...not just some labels where you liked a track or two but the lablels where you'd buy the 12" without even hearing it because you were almost certain it would be good, if not great. :)

As far as US domestic labels

Early Strictly Rhythm
very early Nervous (early 90's)
Tribal America
Nu Groove
Cajual
sleeping bag...sort of house early on
the chicago family (trax, Dj international, hot mix etc.)...but that's going pretty far back.

Niiiiice, some good ones coming out there, gonna have a think about this one but for now....
Definitive (some classics there, esp. the House For All series of 3 12"s, damn, still use that, ESP, Kooky..too many to mention.)

Adonis, we have some serious convergence there, I was just listening to Mike Ink-Dadajack again the other day-that was originally on Profan then later on the Kompakt'2 series (and how good does Love Inc. still sound???!) and still rock Pump Panel on Synewave at parties now and again.

What else...
Emissions Audio Output
Jus' Trax
Dance Mania
Force Inc
Dirty House (sublimely grubby Aussie house label, home to DJ HMC and Cinnaman)

How could I forget Dirty House - HMC

There's another Dirty House track I play but I covered the label so I forgot what the songs called but still play it

the verse "Real Funky, real funky, real funky" filters in and out for most of the track - has a huge verb'd out clap

Usually one of the first tracks in my set and depending on the mood I'll mix "Spastik" in and out but never all the way out

I just recently learned that the super acid jam HMC made contains a Zapp and Roger sample Dan, Dave Aude and Torri used on "That Phone Track"

if anyone knows what sample it is - please...I've been looking for the sample for days

Dance Mania (of course)

word up Muthafunka - something about old black men and acid house :)
