Noticed in 9.0.4.
Eq Eight introduce 1 or 2 samples of latency when it's oversampling AND shelf scaling legacy mode are both switched on.
Step to reproduce:
-Put an Eq eight with oversampling and shelf scaling legacy mode turned on on a return track
-Send a signal to it...
Results in phasing issues, even with all eq bands turned off.
Eq8 with oversampling + shelf scaling legacy mode = latency

Re: Eq8 with oversampling + shelf scaling legacy mode = latency
Hi Valiumdupeuple,
The legacy mode will introduce latency. Not by design but eliminated by disabling the legacy mode.
Please verify that oversampling alone should not introduce this latency. In case it does please send in the set to beta@ableton.com
Best,
Mads

Hi Mal
Oversampling alone is Ok.
Legacy alone is ok.
Both together is not ok.
