Free Tacklebox Update Available...

Hey Tacklebox owners, free update available on our site. We fixed some installer issues for new users, improved the Impulse Kits, and added 15 free BONUS kits for you to to play with. All TKLBX owners are encouraged to run this update to benefit from the improvements.

Thanks! I find myself going to Beatbox and Tacklebox all the time for sounds to mangle. Very cool to see this update.

Dear trackteam people,
I don't yet have tacklebox, but am interested in buying it. If I buy it now (ish) would the update be included on the disc, or would I need to download it?
If so, how big is the download? Still on dial-up, I'm afraid... : (

fraq,

the update improves the functionality of the content on the disk. when you receive your disk just install it via the update rather than using the on-disk installer and all of the new features will be there. it's very simple. you will get a reminder with your order confirmation regarding the update as well. the size of the download is under 100k so don't worry about your internet speed. if you have any questions contact us via email.

i felt the need to delete this post as it was all based on some misunderstandings.

if anyone had already read my post, please don't let it bias your opinions of trackteam, after much further in depth coversation with trackteam I must say I am very impressed with them as a company.

No Operators in Tacklebox, wouldn't want to piss off the ARP 2600 inside. Enjoy the kits.
