Great album, I agree.
awesome textures and I love the way he
achieves such vast dimension in his mix.
different things sound very close and clear vs others that sound
super far away.

Also check out The Postal Service. Jimmy's side project w/ Deathcab for Cutie singer Ben Gibbard.

Very cool sounds...
I am always amazed what people produce...

I also just saw some videos from J.M.Jarre.
Concerts in Paris, Moscow (MosKuh) and the last in Denmark (Aero).
Even its oldfashioned somtimes...its damn good.

DNTEL and The Postal Service are both awesome. Along similar lines you may want to try:

Frou Frou: Details
Halou: Wiser

Both are a little glitchy and a little poppy, with fabulous female vocalists.
